  • Health and wellness data you enter, including peptide and supplement logs, lab results, workout entries, sleep, mood, and nutrition tracking.
  • Protocol and schedule details for peptides, supplements, doses, and reminders.
  • Device and sync metadata required to maintain account integrity and cross-device access.

How we use the data

We use your data to personalize your Peak Protocol experience, deliver AI-powered insights, keep your protocol history up to date, and sync across your devices. Your data may also be used to improve app features and troubleshoot issues when you choose to share logs with support.

Data storage

Your personal data is stored securely in Supabase and our Railway backend when you enable sync. We use industry-standard protections to secure data at rest and in transit. Sensitive health details remain private and are only stored to provide app functionality.

Canadian privacy compliance

Peak Protocol complies with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Canadian standards for privacy and security.

No selling to third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to advertisers or third parties. Your data is used only as described in this policy and for the operation of Peak Protocol.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You may also export your data for your personal records. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Peak Protocol mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Informational purposes only

Peak Protocol is intended for informational and educational use only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your health routine, peptide protocol, or supplement regimen.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Peak Protocol. By accessing the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription terms

Peak Protocol Pro is offered for $7.99 per month. Subscription fees are billed through your app store account. You may cancel anytime through the app store subscription management settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Referral program

The referral program pays $2 per month for each referred Pro subscriber who maintains an active paid subscription. Referral credits are subject to verification and may be revoked if abuse is detected.

Prohibited uses

Do not use this app for illegal activities, to promote unapproved drug regimens, or to share another individual's personal health data without consent. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app in violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Protocol and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app and cancel any subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
